City of Edmond NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The City of Edmond encourages participation from all its citizens. If participation at any Public meeting is not possible due to a disability, notification to the City Clerk at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting is encouraged to make the necessary accommodations. The City may waive the 48-hour rule if signing is not the necessary accommodation.

2.			Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes: December 21, 2011.
3.			City Council Presentations:
	A.		City Manager's Progress Report.
4.			City Council Appointments to Boards and Commissions:
	A.		Ward 1 Appointment of Warren Hollingshead to the Edmond Fish and Game Commission to replace Todd Atendido; term expires January 2016.
5.			General Consent Items:
	A.		Consideration of Approval of Administrative Items:
		1.	Acceptance of a Utility Easement from the Edmond Independent School District No. 12 for an existing public sanitary sewer line at Will Rogers Elementary School located at 1215 E. 9th Street.
		2.	Acceptance of Agreement for the SUB-GRANT between the State of Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management (OEM) and the City of Edmond regarding Emergency Management Performance Grant Program Funds; $10,000.
		3.	Approval of Public Fleet Conversion Grant Contract No. 2012-R1-EDMOND between Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) and the City of Edmond for an amount not to exceed $90,000.
		4.	Consideration of Acceptance of Final Plat for Oakview Professional Building.
	B.		Approval of Purchases:
		1.	Approval of Amendment to Agreement with Duke Conoco Phillips (DCP) Midstream for gas line relocations on Covell and Kelly; $58,924.96 Increase.
		2.	Approval of budgeted funds for Capital and Operating Expenditures for the Guthrie/Edmond Regional Airport (September 2011); $10,499.30.
		3.	Acceptance of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Approval of Agreement with Paymentus for Credit Card Acceptance Services for the YourGovShop Member Participants.
