General Consent Items: A) Consideration of Approval of Administrative Items: 1) Acceptance of City Manager’s Financial Report. (23-29) 2) Acceptance of City Treasurer’s Investment Report. (31-33) 3) Approval of a Lease Agreement with the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety for leasing 1,637 sq. ft. of office space in the Downtown Community Center. (35) 4) Acknowledge donation of Median Improvements and Approval of Agreement for the City to maintain these improvements on a public median (East side of Boulevard, south of 33rd Street and north of Smiling Hills Boulevard). (37-40) 5) Discussion and Consideration of Recommendation from the Guthrie/Edmond Regional Airport Board to utilize budgeted funds to accomplish an erosion control project at the Airport; $55,993.
