1. Approval of an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Edmond and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for rural roadway reconstruction improvements on Post Road, between Highway 66 and Danforth; $540,000.
2. Approval of renewal of Service Agreement with Logix Communications for local telephone service on the three existing Logix PRI Circuits and Long Distance on those circuits as well as the ATT PRI circuits located at the Cross Timbers Complex; $27,456.
3. Approval of the sale of twenty-two (22) Motorola XTS 5000R portable radios and batteries to the Guthrie Fire Department in the amount of $5,500.
4. Acceptance of Proposal from Stolz Telecom for the Purchase of the Zetron IP Fire Station Alerting System for the Fire Department; $282,476.78.
5. Acceptance of Bids for Vegetation Control for City Owned Properties (including renewal options) - Estimated annual amount; $37,000.
