Discussion and Consideration of Location for the Placement of "Touch the Clouds" a bronze sculpture, in the City of Edmond.
Discussion and Consideration of directing City Staff to prepare a Memorandum of Understanding with Orion Development for possible additional development of Arcadia Lake.
Discussion and Consideration of City Council recommendation regarding pending legislation namely, SB 1745 and HB 2620.
