A SITE PLAN ALSO INCLUDES A 101 PARKING SPACES, WHICH ARE ACCESSED FROM TWO DRIVES ONTO NORTH BROADWAY. THE SITE PLAN MEETS ALL THE SENSITIVE BORDER STANDARDS AND OR IT DID AT THE TIME ANYWAY, AND THE LANDSCAPING IS COMPLIANT. AND AT THAT TIME THERE WERE NO VARIANCES BEING REQUESTED.
