SO I WOULD RAISE A CONCERN THAT IF ANY BILL GOES ON IN PHASE TWO THAT ANY BUILDERS ARE REQUIRED TO ENSURE THAT IT DOESN'T CAUSE ANY DRAINAGE ISSUES ON THE CURRENT BUILDS THAT ARE THERE. YES SIR.
