COUNSEL, UH, WANTED TO COVER TWO TOPICS TONIGHT.

FIRST OF ALL IS WHOLE, WHOLE WHOLESALE POWER PRICES, BECAUSE WE RECENTLY HAD AN INCREASE IN HER FUEL COST ADJUSTMENT.

AND IF YOU EVER SEE COMMENTS ONLINE, THERE'S A PERCEPTION THAT WE BUY FROM OG AND E AND JUST RESELL IT AND MARK IT UP AND RESELL IT, WHICH ISN'T HOW IT WORKS.

WANTED TO COVER THAT AND KIND OF EXPLAIN WHY WHOLESALE POWER PRICES ARE HIGHER.

SECOND TOPIC I WANTED TO ADDRESS WAS JUST MATERIAL SHORTAGES ON FOR THE ELECTRIC UTILITY INDUSTRY AND HOW IT MAY AFFECT THE PROJECTS WITHIN THE CITY.

SO WITH WHOLESALE POWER PRICES, UM, WE BUY ALL OF OUR POWER THROUGH OPA.

UM, O MPA IS A JOINT ACTION AGENCY THAT WE BELONG TO, CREATED IN 1985.

UH, SERVES 42 MEMBER CITIES WITHIN OKLAHOMA.

WE HAVE A FULL REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT WITH OPA, AND THAT BASICALLY MEANS ALL THE POWER AND ENERGY, UH, THAT WE NEED TO SERVE OUR CUSTOMERS.

WE PURCHASE THROUGH O M P A, SO THEY HAVE A MIX OF GENERATION ASSETS AND THEY SELL THAT GENERATION INTO THAT SOUTHWEST POWER POOL WHOLESALE MARKET, AND THEN BUY ON BEHALF OF THE MEMBERS FROM THAT SAME MARKET.

I'LL TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT S P AND HOW IT WORKS BECAUSE THIS DOES INFLUENCE THE PRICING OF OUR WHOLESALE POWER.

S PPP.

SOUTHWEST POWER POOL COVERS 550,000 SQUARE MILES, UH, IN THE CENTRAL PLAINS OF THE COUNTRY.

UM, S PPP OPERATES AS THE REGIONAL POWER POOL FOR THIS ENTIRE REGION.

WITHIN THAT REGION, THERE ARE 949 GENERATING UNITS OWNED BY DIFFERENT ENTITIES, INDEPENDENT POWER PRODUCERS, GENERATION TRANSMISSION COMPANIES, INVESTOR OWNED UTILITIES, UM, MUNICIPAL ORGANIZATIONS, UM, ET CETERA.

SO SVP ACTS AS THE INDEPENDENT SYSTEM OPERATOR OVER ALL OF THOSE GENERATING ASSETS.

THEY DON'T RUN 'EM, THEY DISPATCH 'EM.

UM, THERE'S ALSO 70,000 MILES OF TRANSMISSION WITHIN THAT SYSTEM.

THEY ACT AS A REGIONAL TRANSMISSION ORGANIZATION, SO THEY MAKE SURE THAT DEGENERATION AND THE TRANSMISSION ARE CAPABLE OF SERVING THE LOAD FOR ANY PARTICULAR INTERVAL THAT HAPPENS.

SO WHAT HAPPENS WITHIN THE MARKETPLACE? I'M GONNA SIMPLIFY THIS DOWN CUZ THIS CAN BE A WEEK LONG SEMINAR.

I'M GONNA SQUEEZE THIS INTO JUST A FEW MINUTES.

GENERATORS BID INTO THE MARKET.

SO IMAGINE A GENERATOR COMES IN AND SAYS, I CAN OFFER YOU A THOUSAND MEGAWATTS AT $50, AND THEY JUST STACK THOSE PRICES UP.

SO WHAT HAPPENS IS THEN S P P LOOKS AT THAT STACK AND DISPATCHES BASED UPON THE ECONOMICS.

SO IF YOUR HIGHEST PRICE UNIT TO MEET THE LOAD FOR THAT HOUR IS $80.

EVERYBODY WHO BID INTO THAT MARKET, REGARDLESS WHAT THEIR BID GETS PAID $80.

SO THAT $80 SETS THE PRICE FOR THE MARKET FOR THAT PARTICULAR INTERVAL.

THAT'S CALLED THE MARGINAL PRICE.

TYPICALLY DURING HIGH LOAD PERIODS, LIKE DURING THE SUMMER, NATURAL GAS SETS THAT PRICE BECAUSE THAT'S WHEN MOST, MOST UNITS ARE CALLED ON.

YOU GET YOUR MORE INEFFICIENT UNITS, YOU GET YOUR HIGHER PRICE UNITS.

THINK OF JULY AND AUGUST WHEN WE HAD SUCH HIGH TEMPERATURES AND HIGH LOAD.

THOSE UNITS GET DISPATCHED AND THOSE HIGH PRICE UNITS TYPICALLY SET THE MARKET PRICE DURING THOSE INTERVALS, AND THAT PRICE IS JUST PASSED ON BECAUSE WHAT HAPPENS IS LOADS THEN BUY FROM THAT MARKET.

SO IF IT IS $80, $120, $150, THAT'S WHAT WE'RE PAYING PER MEGAWATT TO SERVE OUR CUSTOMERS AND IT'S JUST PASSED DOWN THROUGH US BY MPA.

WE ALSO PAY FOR THE USE OF TRANSMISSION THROUGH WHAT'S CALLED AN OPEN ACCESS TRANSMISSION TARIFF BASED UPON A KILOWATT HOURS, UH, LOAD.

WE HAVE, IT'S A SET TARIFF THAT'S, UH, DETERMINED THROUGH THE SOUTHWEST POWER POOL.

SO OPA CONDUCTS ALL THESE TRANSACTIONS ON OUR BEHALF THROUGHOUT TODAY.

IT'S A 24 7 OPERATION AND THEY, THEY DO THAT, UM, FOR US.

UM, AND THERE'S BEEN A STEADY INCREASE IN NATURAL GAS PRICES SINCE 2020.

IN 2020, YOU SAW GAS PRICES HOVERING BETWEEN TWO AND $3.

THIS SUMMER WE GOT UP TO EIGHT, ALMOST $9 PER BTU AS A 14 YEAR HIGH IN GAS PRICES.

2008 WAS THE LAST TIME WE HAD GAS PRICES ANYWHERE NEAR THIS HIGH.

AND SO WE HAD A REALLY HOT SUMMER.

WE ACTUALLY HIT 90 DEGREES IN MAY, WHICH IS VERY UNUSUAL AS A FIRST 90 DEGREE DATE WE HAD, AND IT STAYED PRETTY MUCH HOT ALL SUMMER LONG.

WE HAD REALLY RECORD HIGH LOADS IN JULY AND AUGUST, ESPECIALLY AUGUST.

UM, AND SO YOU ADD THAT IN THOSE TWO FACTORS TOGETHER, LIKE I SAID, YOU'RE GETTING MORE INEFFICIENT UNITS STRUCK, SO YOU'RE HAVING A HIGHER WHOLESALE PRICES.

TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF NATURAL GAS PRICES, THESE ARE, UH, HENRY HUB PRICES FOR THE THIS SUMMER.

UM, AND WE EXPECT A FUTURE PRICING TO BE SOMEWHERE IN A $4, FOUR AND A HALF, FIVE 50 RANGE.

SO NOT DOWN TO THE $2 RANGE WE

HAD IN 2020.

TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA, THIS IS HENRY HUB PRICES FOR THE FUTURE.

YOU CAN SEE THE IMPACT ON OUR WHOLESALE POWER PRICES.

IF YOU LOOK AT 2020 WHEN NATURAL GAS PRICES WAS CHEAP IN JULY AND AUGUST 6.6 MILLION, THIS LAST, UH, JULY AND AUGUST, WE WERE ALMOST DOUBLE.

AND SO THAT IS JUST A DIRECT PASS THROUGH.

I'LL TALK ABOUT THE COST RECOVERY NEXT.

THAT'S A DIRECT PASS THROUGH TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

WE DID EXPECT, WE EXPECT IT TO BE SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 75 AND 80 MILLION FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR AT THE END OF THIS YEAR.

SO WE RUN FROM JUNE THROUGH JULY.

WE BUDGETED 63 MILLION BASED UPON GAS PRICES WHEN WE PREPARED OUR BUDGET.

SO SINCE GAS PRICES ARE SO MUCH HIGHER, WE EXPECT WHOLESALE POWER PRICES TO BE HIGHER.

WE PASS THIS THROUGH TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

A PORTION OF IT IS RECOVERED THROUGH OUR BASE RATES, OUR, OUR ENERGY CHARGE AND DEMAND CHARGES AND THE REMAINDER IS, UM, PASSED THROUGH ON THE FUEL COST ADJUSTMENT.

THAT'S WHAT PEOPLE TYPICALLY SEE AND THAT'S WHAT WE PUSH OUT WHENEVER WE MAKE THAT CHANGE.

SO THAT'S PROBABLY WHAT THEY'RE SEEING AS AS INCREASE OR I KNOW THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE SEEING AS THE INCREASE, BUT IT'S WHAT WE ADVERTISE.

SO, UM, WE ADJUST THAT MONTHLY.

WE TRY TO KEEP IT AS STEADY AS WE CAN SO THAT THERE'S NO SHOCKS, BUT WE HAVE ADJUSTED THAT UP FROM 1.50 CENTS TO 2.20 CENTS PER KILOWATT HOUR, HOUR OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS TO KEEP UP WITH THAT INCREASE IN WHOLESALE POWER PRICE.

WE APPLY THAT TO ALL KILOWATT, ALL KILOWATT HOUR SOLD TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

SO, UM, AND ACROSS ALL CUSTOMER CLASSES.

SO IF YOU TAKE THAT, UH, INCREASE TO 1.5 TO 2.2, THAT FACTORS OUT TO BE ABOUT $8 PER MONTH FOR AN AVERAGE RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER.

UM, IF YOU LOOK AT OG AND E'S RATES AND, UH, FROM A RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER BASIS, THAT PUTS US COMPARABLE TO OG AND E NOW.

SO THERE, IF YOU LOOK AT OUR, OUR BILLS VERSUS AND APPLY THAT SAME KILOWATT HOUR USAGE TO AN OG WITH OG AND E RATES, THEY'RE GONNA WASH OUT.

IT'S GONNA BE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME.

SO WE'RE NOT MORE EXPENSIVE.

IF YOU WANT TO FIND IT ON YOUR BILL, IF YOU GO TO PAGE TWO AND LOOK AT ELECTRIC DETAILS, THERE'S THE FUEL CUS FUEL COST ADJUSTMENT PIECE RIGHT THERE.

IT'LL SHOW YOU HOW MUCH THAT PORTION IS.

UM, SO THAT WAS VERY QUICK.

ANY QUESTIONS ON THE WHOLESALE POWER PRICES? ALL RIGHT, SECOND THING I WANT TO COVER MR. SUNSHINE HERE, UH, MATERIAL SHORTAGES, UM, THERE IS A NATIONWIDE SHORTAGE OF BASIC ELECTRIC SYSTEM COMPONENTS THAT I KNOW DEVELOPERS ARE SEEING THIS WITH SWITCH GEAR AND THINGS LIKE THAT.

IT IS REALLY AFFECTING US.

THIS IS NOT AN EDMOND ISSUE, THIS IS NOT AN OKLAHOMA ISSUE.

THIS IS A NATIONWIDE ISSUE AFFECTING ALL ELECTRIC UTILITIES IN THE UNITED STATES.

TRAN DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS IS ONE OF THE MOST CRITICAL.

UM, WE ARE SEEING LEAD TIMES FOR THAT SLIP FROM WHAT WAS TWO TO THREE MONTHS IN 2020 TO TWO TO THREE YEARS DEPENDING UPON THE SIZE OF THE UNIT.

UM, SO WE ARE, I KNOW I'M WITH THE AMERICAN PUBLIC POWER ASSOCIATION, I'M IN THE LISTSERV THERE AND I KNOW SOME UTILITIES ARE ACTUALLY SEEING ORDERS BEING CANCELED AS THEY GET CLOSER TO THE DELIVERY DATE.

SO WE HAVE NOT SEEN THAT WE, WE'VE BEEN PRETTY GOOD ABOUT GETTING OUR MATERIAL IN, BUT THAT LEAD TIME IS GETTING A LOT LONGER.

AND I, I BRING THIS UP BECAUSE I KNOW THAT YOU'RE ABOUT TO PRIORITIZE A BUNCH OF DIFFERENT PROJECTS.

IT MAY AFFECT A TIMELINE ON THOSE PROJECTS.

IT WILL PROBABLY AFFECT SOME DEVELOPMENT AS WELL, PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT DEVELOPMENT IN THIS CITY OF EDMOND AS WELL.

THE OTHER THING IS THE COST FOR THESE, THIS MATERIAL, ESPECIALLY DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS HAS BASICALLY DOUBLED SINCE 2020.

SO IT'S NOT ONLY HARD TO GET, IT COSTS A LOT MORE SUPPLY AND DEMAND.

UM, AS I MENTIONED, LEAD TIMES WILL PROBABLY AFFECT SOME OF THE INTERNAL PROJECTS, BUT ALSO IT WILL LIKELY AFFECT OUTSIDE PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT IN ADMIN AS WELL.

SO WHAT HAVE WE DONE TO TRY TO MITIGATE THAT AND MINIMIZE THAT IMPACT? WE'VE BEEN REALLY PROACTIVE IN ACQUIRING MATERIAL.

ONE OF THE THINGS WE STARTED DOING WHEN WE SAW LEAD TIME START STRETCHING OUT, WE ACTUALLY STARTED BUYING MORE THAN WE NORMALLY WOULD AND JUST STOCKPILING CUZ WE DIDN'T SEE IT GETTING ANY BETTER.

SO WE'VE, WE'VE ACTUALLY BUILT UP SOME STOCK.

BUT OF COURSE WITH DEVELOPMENT GOING ON, IT'S, IT'S, IT IS, WE'RE PUTTING OUT MORE THAN WE'RE GETTING IN RIGHT NOW.

UM, WE DID SET MINIMUM STOCK LEVELS FOR OUR EXISTING CUSTOMERS BECAUSE WE WANNA MAKE SURE THAT IF WE HAVE AN ISSUE, WE HAVE MATERIAL TO GET THEM BACK ONLINE SO THAT THEY'RE NOT SITTING OUT OF POWER.

UM, WE ARE LOOKING AT OPTIONS TO RELOCATE UNDERUTILIZED EQUIPMENT IF IT'S NOT FULLY LOADED.

WE'RE LOOKING TO SEE IF WE CAN CHANGE THAT OUT FOR A SMALLER UNIT TO MOVE THAT SOMEWHERE FOR A NEW DEVELOPMENT TO SERVE THEM.

UH, SO WE ARE ALSO LOOKING AT DELAYING SOME OF OUR INTERNAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

PROJECT AND SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.

IT'S NOT GONNA AFFECT THE RELIABILITY OF OUR SYSTEM, BUT WE JUST FELT IT WAS PRUDENT TO DO THAT JUST TO KEEP THE STOCK IN HAND FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS AND FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS.

SO WITH THAT, I WILL ASK IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS.

SO I REMEMBER WHEN, I THINK IT WAS SOMETHING LIKE TRANSFORMERS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND WHEN A HURRICANE CAME THROUGH THE SOUTHERN REGION.

AND THEY KNOCKED OUT SOME OF THOSE MANUFACTURERS.

SO THIS, SO THIS IS A DIFFERENT ISSUE NOW.

THE MANUFACTURERS ARE THERE, BUT THE INTERNAL PARTS THAT THEY NEED TO MAKE OUR UNITS AND THAT THAT'S THE SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUE.

ONE OF THE BIG ISSUES WITH DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS IS THE CORES OF THE TRANSFORMER TAKE A VERY SPECIFIC STEEL GRAIN OVER UNIT STEEL.

IT HAS THE GRAINS OF THE METAL ARE ALIGNED IN ONE DIRECTION AND THAT ABOUT, I BELIEVE IT'S 80 SOMETHING, I THINK IT'S 84% OF THAT IS IMPORTED.

THERE WERE SOME TRADE CHANGES TARIFFS ENACTED THAT KIND OF SLOWED THE IMPORT OF THOSE MATERIAL.

AND THEN THE OTHER PIECE THAT'S AFFECTING THAT IS THAT THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD THAT ARE ELECTRIFYING DIFFERENT THINGS, EVS, ET CETERA, THAT ARE ALSO COMPETING FOR THAT STEEL THAT WEREN'T THERE A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO.

SO THAT IS THE BIG THING THAT'S AFFECTING, AFFECTING DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS.

UH, OVERALL, UM, STEEL HAS BEEN HARD TO GET.

SO THAT'S BEEN JUST OUR BASIC TRANSFORMER BOXES, JUNCTION CANS, ET CETERA.

UM, THAT HAS BEEN IN SHORT SUPPLY AS WELL.

OKAY.

IS OUR STEEL STILL UNDER OR IS IT UNDER THE BIO AMERICAN OR ARE WE ABLE TO I DON'T BELIEVE SO.

I, UH, YOU KNOW, SO MUCH OF THE, THE MATERIALS FOR THE ELECTRIC UTILITY INDUSTRY IS IMPORTED.

UM, THAT, UM, I DON'T BELIEVE IT IS.

SO HOW, IF IT DOES GET TO THE POINT THAT IT AFFECTS NEW DEVELOPMENTS, HOW ARE YOU GOING TO DECIDE WHO GETS IT ? THAT'S A GOOD QUESTION.

UM, WHAT WE ARE LOOKING AT IS IF THEY ARE ACTUALLY MOVING DIRT AND BUILDING WALLS, THEY WILL PROBABLY HAVE A PRIORITY OR SOMEBODY WHO'S COMING THROUGH THE PLANTING PROCESS.

WE WILL NOT SET THINGS ASIDE ASSUMING THAT SOMEONE'S GONNA BUILD.

UM, THAT'S JUST UNFAIR TO THE PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALLY MOVING DIRT AND BUILDING.

UM, SO THEY WILL GET PRIORITY.

UM, WE HAVE BEEN NOTIFYING THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS, ANYBODY COMING THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW, THAT MATERIALS COULD BE IN SHORT SUPPLY AND THEY NEEDED TO PREPARE AND GET WITH US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IN THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS TO AVOID ISSUES.

WE HAVE BEEN EVEN MORE ACTIVE IN THAT RECENTLY, JUST BASICALLY EMAILING THEM AND SAYING, HEY, YOU NEED TO PLAN ON TWO YEARS FOR LEAD TIME AND WE KNOW WHAT YOU NEED, WE'LL ORDER IT.

SO WE'VE TRIED TO LET THEM KNOW.

UM, AND I THINK THEY'RE SEEING THAT WHEN THEY'RE TRYING TO GET MATERIAL FOR THEIR PROJECT AS WELL.

I KNOW WE'D LIKE TO LOOP AND, AND I KNOW THAT'S A GREAT THING TO DO AND TO GET IT, TO GET IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND AROUND.

DO WE, DO WE CHANGE IN THAT WAY TO WHERE IT'S, IT'S NOT SO MUCH NEEDED.

WE ARE LOOKING AT THAT.

WE WE'RE TRYING TO SEE IF WE CAN, UM, DO LONGER RUNS WITH OUR PRIMARY WHEN WE PULL IT.

WE TYPICALLY DO ABOUT 350 TO 400 FEET, DEPENDING UPON THE NUMBER NINETIES IN IT.

AND WE PUT JUNCTION CANS TO PULL THROUGH.

WELL, JUNCTION CANS ARE HARD TO GET.

SO WE'RE LOOKING AT TRYING TO EXTEND THAT AS FAR AS POSSIBLE SO THAT WE JUST CABLE WE CAN GET RIGHT NOW.

I'M THINKING, YOU KNOW, POWER WHAT AND, AND A DEVELOPER BUILDER MAY HAVE TO CHOOSE ONE STREET TO PULL BUILDING PERMITS ON.

AND ONE OF THE THINGS WE HAVE, UH, WE HAVE, WE'RE GOOD ON SINGLE PHASE TRANSFORMERS, THREE PHASE OF THE ONES THAT REALLY LEAD TIME IS STRETCHED OUT.

WE ARE, WE'VE HAD SEVERAL DEVELOPMENTS SWITCHED TO SINGLE PHASE JUST SO THEY COULD KEEP MOVING.

UM, AND I'LL GIVE A LITTLE BIT OF A RECAP OF THE WORK WE'VE DONE UP UNTIL THIS POINT.

THIS AS A REMINDER MAYBE.

UM, SO YOU HAD A WORKSHOP SESSION ON NOVEMBER 4TH, UM, OUT AT THE WATER RESOURCES CENTER WHERE WE WENT OVER, UM, A FINANCIAL UPDATE.

A LOT OF GREAT WORK WAS DONE DURING THAT SESSION.

UM, NORMALLY DURING THAT SESSION WE WOULD COMPLETE IT WITH THE PRIORITIZATION, BUT WE HAD A, A COUNCIL MEMBER THAT WAS MISSING.

AND SO WE DELAYED THAT SO THAT SHE COULD BE, UM, A PART OF THAT AND HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION.

SO, UM, AFTER THE WORKSHOP, CASEY WORKED WITH YOU ALL ON THE, THE WORDING FOR ANY WORDING CHANGES THAT NEEDED TO HAPPEN.

WE THEN ASKED YOU TO PRIORITIZE THE, YOUR GOALS FOR 2023, WHICH YOU DID.

UH, WE ARE AT A WORKSHOP NOW, UM, TO FINALIZE THAT THERE'S AN ITEM ON THE COUNCIL AGENDA TONIGHT TO, UM, JUST FULLY APPROVE THE STRATEGIC PLAN FOR 2023.

AND THEN ONCE IT'S BEEN APPROVED, WE WILL TURN THAT INTO THE FORMAL DOCUMENT, WHICH LOOKS LIKE THIS FROM LAST YEAR.

SO THAT'S WHERE WE'RE AT RIGHT NOW.

SO AFTER YOUR NOVEMBER 4TH SESSION, UM, YOU HAD A TOTAL OF 36 GOALS FOR 2023.

YOU HAD, UM, THREE COME OFF, WHICH WE'LL TALK ABOUT LATER IN FOUR.

THE BEAUTIFICATION OF I 35 CORRIDOR, THIS DIDN'T COME OFF THIS SUBMERGED WITH ANOTHER GOAL.

UM, IT MADE MORE SENSE TO COMBINE IT WITH THE, UH, GOAL YOU HAD FOR ODOT AND I

UM, BUT THAT ONE CAME OFF THE NEW GOALS THAT YOU ADDED, UM, FUNDING SOLUTION FOR CITYLINK BUS ROUTES.

SO YOU RECENTLY, UM, APPROVED SOME CHANGES TO THOSE ROUTES.

WE WERE ABLE TO FUND THAT THROUGH ARPA, UH, IN THE MEANTIME.

BUT THAT'S LOOKING FOR LONG-TERM FUNDING SOURCES, RECYCLING SERVICES, OFFERINGS AND COSTS, UM, IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ARCADIA LAKE MASTER PLAN.

THERE IS ANOTHER, UH, GOAL ON HERE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THAT MASTER PLAN.

BUT THAT'S SPECIFICALLY FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RESULTS OF THAT.

AND THEN SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE UNCOMMON GROUND SCULPTURE PARK.

SO AS AN OVERVIEW, SEPARATED INTO THEIR STRATEGIC INITIATIVES, YOU HAVE FIVE GOALS IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, 11 IN QUALITY OF LIFE, 19 IN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND THEN ONE IN PEOPLE IN PARTNERSHIPS.

AND THE ONE IN PEOPLE IN PARTNERSHIPS IS THE, UH, PERFORMING ARTS CENTER.

SO JUST, UH, TWO REMINDERS BEFORE WE TALK ABOUT THE RESULTS OF THE PRIORITIZATION.

ONE, A GOAL WOULD NOT BE ON HERE IF IT'S NOT IMPORTANT TO YOU.
