UH, THERE WAS A VARIANCE LISTED IN THE REPORT FOR THE FRONT YARD SETBACK.

UM, HOWEVER, HOWEVER, AFTER SOME RESEARCH, UH, THE PLAT THAT WAS APPROVED IN 2001 VARIED THAT SETBACK AND REDUCED IT TO FIVE FEET.
