THE FIRST ITEM ON THE AGENDA IS A CONSIDERATION, APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE AUGUST 8TH MEETING.

DO WE HAVE ANY COMMENTS BY MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION? ANY CHANGES? IF NOT, DO WE HAVE A MOTION? I'LL MAKE A MOTION TO APPROVE.

I'LL SECOND AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED BY A VOTE OF FOUR TO ONE OF ABSTENTION.

NOW THAT BRINGS US TO ITEM FIVE A ON THE AGENDA, THE PUBLIC HEARING AND DISCUSSION DOCKET.

WE HAVE NOTHING ON CONSENT DOCKET OR ON CONTINUANCE.

DOCKET CASE NUMBER PR 23 DASH 0 1 0 PUBLIC HEARING CONSIDERATION FOR PRELIMINARY PLATT FOR KELLY HOLLOW APARTMENTS LOCATED NORTHWEST OF KELLY AVENUE AND WEST EDMON ROAD, S M C CONSULTING ENGINEERS, THE APPLICANT.

MR. ANS WOULD YOU PLEASE PRESENT THIS? SURE.

AS YOU SAID, THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTING APPROVAL OF A PRELIMINARY PLATT FOR THE KELLY HOLLOW APARTMENTS THAT'S ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF KELLY AND WEST EDMOND ROAD.

UH, THE PLATT CONFORMS TO THE APPROVED SITE PLAN, WHICH YOU SAW A FEW WEEKS AGO.

UH, IT IS ZONED AS A P U D FOR KELLY CROSSING.

IT ALSO CONFORMS TO THAT.

UH, IT IS ONE LOT APPROXIMATELY, UH, 13.76 ACRES, UH, WITH ACCESS POINTS ONTO WEST EDMOND ROAD AND KELLY AVENUE AS APPROVED WITH THE SITE PLAN.

HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.

SO STAFF DOES RECOMMEND APPROVAL.

AND DO MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION HAVE ANY QUESTION OF THE CITY STAFF AT THIS POINT IN TIME? UH, SCENE NONE.

BUT I LIVED THERE FOR 40 YEARS.

WE'VE HAD APARTMENTS ALL AROUND US.

STEVE AND I STARTED IN APARTMENTS AND THANK YOU.

WE NEED AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN EDMOND.
