THE FIRST ITEM ON THE AGENDA IS APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM 8 22 OF 2023.

HAS EVERYONE HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW THEM AND IF SO, DO WE HAVE A MOTION? I'LL MAKE A MOTION TO APPROVE.

SECOND AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED BY A VOTE OF FIVE TO ZERO.

THAT BRINGS US TO THE TWO ITEMS WE HAVE ON OUR AGENDA TONIGHT,

UH, WHICH IS A PUBLIC HEARING DISCUSSION DOCKET, UH, CASE NUMBER S SP 22 DASH 0 0 0 3 8 PUBLIC HEARING IN CONSIDERATION FOR A SITE PLAN FOR LIFE.

CHURCH PARKING EDITION LOCATED SOUTH OF EAST SECOND AND I 35

PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FORESIGHT PLAN FOR LIFE CHURCH CENTRAL CAMPUS EXPRESSION EXPANSION U VERSION LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF I 35 SOUTH OF SECOND STREET.

MR. S IF YOU PLEASE PRESENT THOSE.

OKAY.

UH, FOR THE PARKING LOT, UH, THE, THEY'RE BUILDING A NEW PARKING LOT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE CAMPUS.

THE AREA KIND OF HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW ON THE MAP.

UH, THE PARKING LOT INCLUDES 52 SPACES.

AND WHILE THERE ARE NO BUILDINGS, THE SITE PLANNERS REQUIRED BECAUSE IT IS OVER 7,500 SQUARE FEET OF PAVEMENT.

UH, THE AREA WAS REZONED AS A P U D IN MAY OF 22, UH, FOR THE CAMPUS AND THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE CHURCH.

UM, THE LOT PAVES A GRAVEL LOT THAT SERVES A MAINTENANCE BUILDING.

LANDSCAPING IS COMPLIANT AND THERE ARE NO VARIANCES REQUESTED.

UH, IN ADDITION TO THIS APPLICATION IN THE NEXT APPLICATION LIFE CHURCH ALSO, UM, HAS A PARKING GARAGE IN THE WORKS THAT WILL ADD ABOUT 400 SPACES, IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY.

AND STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE LOT.

THE BUILDING WILL BE A NEW FOUR STORY BUILDING THAT WILL BE THE OFFICE FOR THE U VERSION PORTION OF THE CAMPUS.

UH, THE BUILDING WAS ALSO INCLUDED IN THE P U D APPROVED IN MAY WILL BE 72 FEET TALL WITH ARCHITECTURAL PANELS IN A WOOD CEDAR LOOK WITH DARK BRONZE TRIM AND GLASS ACCIDENTS.

UH, ONCE AGAIN, THE LANDSCAPING IS COMPLIANT AND NO VARIANCES ARE REQUESTED.

STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL.

DO ANY MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION HAVE ANY QUESTION OF CITY STAFF AT THIS POINT IN TIME? SEEING NONE, WOULD THE APPLICANT CARE TO ADD ANYTHING FURTHER? DO WE HAVE ANY COMMENTS THAT, UH, ANY MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION WILL WISH TO MAKE? AND SEEING NONE? DO WE HAVE A MOTION ON THE FIRST AGENDA ITEM? MOVE TO APPROVE.

UH, THAT ITEM IS APPROVED BY VOTE OF FIVE TO ZERO.

AND DO WE HAVE A MOTION ON THE SECOND ITEM? APPROVE SECOND.

AND THAT ITEM IS APPROVED BY VOTE OF FIVE TO ZERO.
