THE EDMOND PLAN, WHICH IS THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, CATEGORIZES THE SITE AS SUBURBAN COMMERCIAL.
THE SCALE OF THE EXISTING SITE AND THE BUILDING AND ITS PROPOSED USE SUBSTANTIALLY MEET THE INTENT OF THIS PLAN CATEGORY AND STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL.
