WE WERE KIND OF THE QUASI TURNOVER OF THAT PERIOD.
SO THAT'S WHY WE'RE NOT IN A PUD.
UM, WE REALIZED THAT THAT WASN'T DONE AND THERE WERE SEVERAL BLOCKS IN PHASE ONE THAT WE WENT BACK AND HAD THOSE ADJUSTMENTS DONE.

THERE IS ONE SET OF BLOCKS ON THE, THE FAR WEST SIDE WHERE WEBUT, LARGE HOMEOWNERS, THOSE ARE STAYING AT 20 FEET.
SO IF THOSE TWO STREETS ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER, THOSE ARE BUT THE LARGE FIVE TO 10, 20 ACRE OLD EDMOND LOTS THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FOREVER, THEY'RE PROBABLY NOT EVEN LOTS.

THERE'S A SENSITIVE BORDER TO THE EAST.
THERE ARE TWO ACCESS POINTS, ONE FROM AIR DEPOT AND ONE FROM WESTERN RED BUD.
TRAIL DETENTION IS PROVIDED BY A REGIONAL FACILITY FOR COVE VALLEY AND THE PRESERVE AT COVE, WHICH ARE JUST NORTHEAST OF THIS SITE, THE PARKING AND LANDSCAPING COMPLY WITH CURRENT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
IN REVIEWING THE, UH, ELEVATION, PARTICULARLY OF THE NORTHERNMOST BUILDING, IT'S PROPOSED TO HAVE A PORTION THAT IS TWO STORIES.

SO YOU CAN THINK ABOUT LIKE, UH, YOU KNOW, LIKE A HOME IMPROVEMENT CENTER OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
THOSE ARE TYPICALLY E TWO BECAUSE THEY HAVE, UM, STUFF FOR SALE IN THE PARKING LOT.

THE BUILDING JUST IMMEDIATELY TO THE NORTH.
SO THEY'RE, UH, IT LOOKS LIKE THERE BUILDING EXPANSION IS, IT WOULD BRING IT APPROXIMATELY IN LINE WITH THAT BUILDING.
SO THE BACK PARKING WOULD BE VERY SIMILAR.

YEAH, THAT IS, THAT IS NOT SOMETHING THAT ACTUALLY THE, THE FINAL APPROVAL OF ENGINEERS FINAL APPROVAL AND STAMPING OF THE SITE PLAN ITSELF IS SOMETHING THAT TYPICALLY OCCURS AFTER LIKE THE PUBLIC.
AND THAT, THAT IS SOMETHING THAT WOULD BE CLEANED UP AT THAT POINT AS WELL.
OR VERIFIED OR, YOU KNOW, WHATEVER ITS CURRENT STATUS IS.
WHAT KIND OF EASEMENT IS IT? IS IT CROSS EASEMENT? IT'S GOTTA BE CROSS AGREEMENT.
AND WE CAN FLAG IT UP TO MAKE SURE THAT BEFORE THE SITE PLAN IS APPROVED, THAT WE HAVE A COPY OF A REVISED UPDATED ACCESS EASEMENT FOR IT.
