STAFF HAS HAD EXTENSIVE CONVERSATIONS WITH THE APPLICANT REGARDING DRIVEWAY ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY. THE APPLICANT HAS AGREED TO WORK WITH THE MILL VALLEY HOA TO SECURE A MEDIAN CUT ON MILL VALLEY BOULEVARD IF AND ONLY IF AN AGREEMENT CANNOT BE REACHED. REGARDING THE MEDIAN ON MILL VALLEY, THE APPLICANT HAS AGREED TO WORK WITH CITY STAFF TO FIND THE SAFEST OPTION FOR A POTENTIAL DRIVE OFF SANTA FE AVENUE, WHICH WILL OCCUR DURING THE SITE PLAN PROCESS. AND SO, UH, WE'VE STARTED TO REACH OUT TO THE MILL VALLEY, HOA, UH, FROM WHAT WE CAN TELL SO FAR, IT'S A NONPROFIT THAT CEASED TO EXIST SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND THERE'S NOT A FUNCTIONING BOARD. UH, BUT WE WILL BE GOOD FOR A WORD AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO TRY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM.
